This is an incredible 9-day safari adventure in Uganda, where you’ll track chimpanzees in Kibale Forest, go on thrilling game drives in Murchison Falls and Queen Elizabeth National Parks, and cruise along the Kazinga Channel and the Nile River.

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Welcome & Transfer

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your lodge for a restful evening.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest wildlife reserve. Along the way, stop at Luweero Triangle for a historical insight and in Masindi Town for lunch. Upon arrival, visit the Top of Murchison Falls, where the mighty Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge before plunging 40 meters down.

Day 3: Game Drive & Nile River Boat Safari

Start the day with an early morning game drive in the northern sector of Murchison Falls National Park, home to elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, and leopards. In the afternoon, embark on a boat cruise along the Nile, spotting hippos, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife. Enjoy close-up views of Murchison Falls before heading back to the lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park

Travel south to Kibale Forest National Park, a lush rainforest known as the “Primate Capital of the World.” Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy scenic views of crater lakes and rolling hills.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking & Bigodi Wetland Walk

Join an experienced guide for chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest, home to over 1,400 chimpanzees. Spend an hour observing their fascinating behavior. Later, explore Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, known for its primates, butterflies, and over 200 bird species.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s second-largest park, famous for its diverse ecosystems and over 600 bird species. Arrive in time to enjoy the park’s stunning landscapes.

Day 7: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Safari

Embark on an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi Plains, an excellent spot to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, and Uganda kobs. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, where you’ll see hippos, crocodiles, and countless bird species along the banks.

Day 8: Tree-Climbing Lions & Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Leave Queen Elizabeth National Park through the Ishasha sector, famous for tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a game drive before continuing to Lake Bunyonyi, a stunning lake surrounded by lush green hills.

Day 9: Optional Activities & Transfer to Entebbe

Start the morning with an optional boat tour around Lake Bunyonyi’s islands, including Punishment Island. Later, drive back to Entebbe, stopping at the Equator for photos and a lunch break before catching your flight home.
